Strategy:
CTS Cement Manufacturing's most well-known international brand, Rapid Set, aimed to build a new line of products to implement into Home Depot stores. The strategy was to use the brand equity from our cement products and bring them to this new market.
Implementation:
Our entire Marketing and Design team worked closely with the Product Development Engineers throughout the course of this project to help maintain a strong connection between the product and package design. Being known for our innovative approach to construction materials, we made sure to create an explosive entrance into this new market, differentiating ourselves from our competitors both inside and outside the cartridge.
